From appetizers to desserts, you will find a fine selection of dishes from regional to international, hearty or vegetarian, something for everyone.

Fresh fish and game dishes from the region, such as venison or pike-perch with Spreewald-sauce but also slaw, juicy steaks and pasta dishes are freshly prepared and a healthy diet with especially high-quality raw materials such as spelled flour, raw cane sugar or rock salt.

We get our meat from the Bio Manufaktur Havelland, which is supplied by a few trusted farmers and companies in the region. Good out of of organically grown meat!
